Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer support to Danish -speaking clients through various channels, including chat, email, and phone. Address and resolve customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally. Guide customers through our gaming offerings to enhance their overall experience. Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of service quality. Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system. Collect and relay customer feedback for service improvement. Participate in training to continually enhance your skills and knowledge of our products. Fluency in Danish and a strong command of English; additional languages are advantageous. Prior experience in customer service or a related role is beneficial. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer care. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is a plus. Willingness to relocate to Malta and immerse yourself in the local culture. A genuine interest in gaming and understanding of the iGaming industry is a significant asset.
