Program Description This traineeship role is for a Data Analysis Trainee in a remote setting. The trainee will work with datasets to clean, organize, and validate data for analysis and reporting. Day-to-day tasks include performing basic data analysis, assisting in building simple data models, and supporting the creation of dashboards or reports under guidance from senior team members. The trainee will help interpret data trends, prepare documentation, and communicate findings clearly to internal stakeholders. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in data analytics while contributing to projects that support MedTourEasy’s healthcare-focused initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and foundational Data Analytics abilities, with interest in working with real-world datasets.
• Basic understanding of Statistics and its application in data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with Data Modeling concepts or willingness to learn and apply them in practical scenarios.
• Clear and professional Communication skills for explaining data findings to non-technical team members.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and/or data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, or introductory BI tools) is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate virtually with the team.
• Current student or recent graduate in a quantitative, technical, or related field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics) preferred.
• Curiosity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new tools and methods in data analytics.
