Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Collaborate between IT teams and business teams to understand complex business questions. Performing requirements analysis Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements. Perform process analysis methodology to identify defect/impact of the business processes Perform business analysis methodology to identify business gap Document comprehensive business requirement specification including business process diagram and business rule Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements. Create deliverable documents including Business requirement document Suggest and recommend business/process/IT solutions Documenting and communicating the results to business team and team members. Manage project implementation to finish within timeline and cover all deliverable Involved with System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Test (UAT) Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in Mathematics, Business, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science Junior BA: 2-5 years or Senior BA: over 5 years experienced in Project Implementation on Data Analytic is a plus. Solid understanding of Systems Development Life cycle Good interpersonal, communication skill, Ability to make effective formal presentations Excellence skills and knowledge of Advanced analytical skill and capability to generating ideas or solutions for problems Solid mathematical aptitude and effective project management skills Strong prioritization skill & planning skill Good command of English
