About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join an innovative team focused on solving complex business challenges related to parts and contract pricing, warranty claim assessment, and cost-control analysis. This role combines strong Python engineering capabilities with advanced statistical and machine learning expertise to develop, deploy, and enhance data-driven solutions.

You will work with both structured and unstructured data, including text and images, while collaborating closely with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and business stakeholders in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and explore data to identify business opportunities and translate requirements into data science solutions.
• Develop, evaluate, and optimize machine learning, deep learning, statistical, and optimization models.
• Build and maintain Python-based model training and inference pipelines.
• Deploy and support containerized solutions using AWS SageMaker, ECS, and Snowflake.
• Process and analyze data using Snowflake, Snowpark, and SQL.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, technical documentation, and development best practices.
• Monitor model performance and drive continuous improvements alongside business stakeholders.
• Collaborate within agile teams and contribute to technical decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience

Must Have

• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong Python programming and software development skills.
• Experience developing and implementing Machine Learning or Statistical Models.
• Hands-on experience with Git and collaborative software development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and MCP.
• Experience with Bash scripting.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and deployment workflows.
• Experience with AWS services such as SageMaker, Bedrock, ECS, and EC2.
• Experience with Snowflake and Snowpark.
• Knowledge of Streamlit.
• Experience with documentation tools such as MkDocs and GitLab Pages.
• Swedish language skills.
