Program Description The Data Analyst Traineeship is a remote program focused on supporting data-driven decision-making for MedTourEasy and its global healthcare partners. Day-to-day tasks include collecting, cleaning, and organizing healthcare-related data, assisting in basic data analysis, and supporting the creation of reports and dashboards. The trainee will help with simple data modeling activities, contribute to statistical summaries, and document analytical processes. The program also involves communicating findings to team members, collaborating on projects, and learning best practices in healthcare analytics under the guidance of senior analysts.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and foundational Data Analytics abilities.
• Candidates should possess basic knowledge of Statistics for interpreting and summarizing data.
• Candidates should possess introductory Data Modeling skills for structuring and analyzing datasets.
• Candidates should possess clear Communication skills for explaining insights and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with spreadsheets, data visualization tools, or programming languages such as Python or R is beneficial.
• Currently pursuing or having completed a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and demonstrate attention to detail.
