Data and Reporting Developer

As a Data and Reporting Developer, you will play a key role in advancing the client’s global data strategy. You will contribute to building secure and scalable data technology solutions that drive the organization toward a truly data-led culture. This position primarily supports the "Unlock" pillar of the client's strategy — leveraging well-managed data to deliver business value by enhancing customer experience, improving risk management, and optimizing costs.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and maintain data technology solutions alongside Data Architects and Analytical Engineers.
  • Build and optimize data warehouses, reporting systems, and analytics pipelines.
  • Implement data ingestion, transformation, and integration using ETL tools across multiple platforms.
  • Develop secure and automated data analytics and deployment pipelines.
  • Create and maintain data visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Google Looker Studio, Qlik Sense, PowerApps, and Alteryx.
  • Collaborate with different teams across the Data & Analytics Office to improve data quality, governance, and automation.
  • Deliver complex reporting solutions within Google Cloud or Microsoft SQL Server environments.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and technical support for data and reporting issues.
  • Document technical processes, workflows, and models.

Who we're looking for

  • Strong coding experience using Python, T-SQL, and/or C#.
  • Hands-on experience with data lifecycle management — sourcing, ingestion, warehousing, and big data processing.
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Looker Studio) and data tools such as Collibra, JIRA, or Alteryx.
  • Understanding of data architecture and data model design (conceptual, logical, physical).
  • Proven ability to solve complex data-related problems and provide robust, scalable solutions.
  • Solid communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and automation.

Nice to have

  • Experience in data quality monitoring and alerting.
  • Exposure to cloud migration or enterprise-level data transformation projects.
  • Knowledge of modern data governance and compliance frameworks.
