Data Annotation Quality Specialist at BairesDev

As a Data Annotation Quality Specialist, you will oversee and execute comprehensive quality assurance procedures for complex data annotation and labeling tasks. You will ensure the precision, alignment, and reliability of datasets destined for AI and machine learning initiatives, establishing rigorous standards to optimize training data.

What You'll Do:

- Execute and manage thorough quality assurance and validation workflows for data labeling.

- Audit large and complex datasets systematically to guarantee adherence to project specifications.

- Develop, refine, and maintain clear labeling guidelines to minimize inconsistencies and bias.

- Review and analyze annotated data to identify, flag, and resolve errors or discrepancies.

- Collaborate with annotation teams to provide feedback and drive continuous process improvements.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in data annotation, data labeling, or data quality assurance roles.

- Proven expertise in data annotation and labeling processes to ensure high-quality training datasets.

- Strong background in data quality assurance methodologies, including reviewing, auditing, and validating complex datasets.

- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills to systematically identify, flag, and resolve data inconsistencies.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
