Data Coordinator – Rentective

Rentective is a new international online car rental platform (OTA) with B2C and B2B distribution channels, launching soon. We are building the team from the ground up and are looking for one of the first people who will set up the platform in practice.

The role

• Set up suppliers in our back-office system: stations, fleet and vehicle categories, rate policies, rental terms, extras
• Onboard suppliers onto the platform, from data collection and validation through to activation
• Handle wider on-site data entry and setup processes: locations, content, configuration
• Set up and manage third-party SaaS tools such as CRMs and Payment Gateways
• Run data quality checks, automate repetitive tasks (imports, scripts), and document processes
• Act as the bridge between operations and the dev team

What we’re looking for

• Experience as a developer
• Experience in the online travel industry, ideally in online car rentals
• Familiarity with eCommerce and with B2B and B2C models
• Understanding of both front-end and back-end fields of an online reseller in Tourism
• Knowledge of how an OTA runs operationally (supplier onboarding, bookings, payments)
• Fluent English, accuracy, strong organisation and flexibility

Must-have

• Channel managers, API - OTA integrations familiarity
• Hands-on experience with payment setups (Stripe, PayPal, Klarna)

Good to have

• SQL and scripting (e.g. Python)
