About the Role

The Virtual Event & Occasion Planner is an entry-level remote role focused on assisting customers with planning vacations, cruises, flights, resorts, and other travel experiences. You will guide clients through the booking process, answer questions, research travel destinations and promotions, coordinate itineraries, and provide exceptional customer service from the initial inquiry through trip confirmation.
