Data Entry Assistant

As a Data Entry Assistant, you will be responsible for entering and maintaining data related to property listings, client information, and transactions. Responsibilities Accurately enter and update data in our database Maintain organized records of property listings and client information Verify and cross-reference data for accuracy Assist with generating reports as needed Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity Respond to inquiries related to data management Support the team with administrative tasks as required Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills, both verbal and written Experience with data entry or administrative tasks is a plus Basic understanding of the real estate or mortgage industry is preferred
