Data-Entry Remote position
Anytime Fitness- 401(k)
- Accurately input and update member and business data into internal systems
- Review and verify data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information
- Maintain and organize digital records and databases
- Process forms, documents, and spreadsheets in a timely manner
- Communicate with team members to clarify data discrepancies
- Ensure data confidentiality and security at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven data entry or administrative experience preferred
- Strong typing speed and accuracy skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace
