In einem dynamischen Umfeld gestaltest du den Schutz von Daten und Geheimhaltung. Rechtsentwicklungen zu Daten, Geheimhaltung und künstlicher Intelligenz (KI) verfolgst du laufend und setzt sie pragmatisch im Konzern um. Gemeinsam mit Linie, Fachbereichen und Management steuerst du Risiken, Vorgaben und die Kommunikation rund um Datennutzung.

• Verfolgst und bewertest neue Gesetze zu Daten, Geheimhaltung und KI
• Unterstützt die Definition und operative Umsetzung von Vorgaben konzernweit
• Steuerst Risiken und prüfst konzernweit die Einhaltung und Wirksamkeit von Vorgaben und Schulungen
• Berätst bei strategischen Geschäften, Technologieentscheiden und neuen Geschäftsmodellen
• Führst fachlich die Weiterentwicklung von Werkzeugen und Prozessen und prägst die Kommunikation zur Datennutzung

Deine Skills

• Abschluss (Uni) in Rechtswissenschaft, Anwaltszulassung von Vorteil
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einem grossen Unternehmen oder in einer Anwaltskanzlei
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Daten- und Geheimnisschutzrecht sowie KI
• Vertraut mit der Telekommunikations- und IT-Branche
• Du erkennst Tendenzen und Zusammenhänge, arbeitest analytisch, strukturiert und findest pragmatische Lösungen
• Du kommunizierst klar, förderst den Austausch und baust Selbstberatungskompetenzen auf
• Du bewahrst Ruhe in anspruchsvollen Phasen und bleibst zuverlässig
• Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch; weitere Landessprachen von Vorteil
