Key Responsibilities

- Define and run the migration approach for master, transactional and finance data, including procurement, materials, customers, suppliers and open items.
- Run mock conversion cycles, the dress rehearsal and cutover, with clear entry and exit criteria for each.
- Own pre-load and post-load validation and reconciliation, and provide sign-off evidence to business and finance stakeholders.
- Work with business data owners on cleansing, de-duplication, harmonization and golden-record decisions.
- Govern mappings, transformation rules, cross-references and value maps across waves under change control.
- Coordinate with the system integrator, functional leads and client IT on load sequencing, interfaces and cutover runbooks.
- Lead and mentor a blended onshore and offshore team of data consultants and developers.
- Apply AI-assisted profiling, matching and mapping tools where approved, with human review of all outputs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
- 10+ years of SAP data migration experience, including 3+ years leading a migration workstream on a multi-system consolidation.
- Deep knowledge of SAP ECC data structures. S/4HANA experience is also required.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Data Services and/or Syniti, plus SAP load methods (Migration Cockpit, LSMW, BAPI, IDoc).
- Experience migrating from Oracle E-Business Suite or other non-SAP ERPs.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with Oracle, SQL Server or HANA databases.
- Track record of delivering reconciliation and audit evidence acceptable to finance and SOX reviewers.
- Excellent communication skills with business and executive stakeholders.
- Able to work on-site in Atlanta, GA, full time.
- Must be a U.S. person, because the program involves export-controlled data.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP MDG, including data consolidation and initial loads.
- Experience with SAP Central Procurement or S/4HANA private cloud edition.
- Experience in industrial manufacturing or aerospace and defense.
- Experience using AI- or ML-based data quality and matching tools.
- Syniti or SAP Data Services certification.
