We are specifically looking for a NATIVE Finnish speaker-local only who is either based in Finland or open to relocating to Finland.

Job Description

Design scalable, resilient, and secure data platform architectures using Azure services (Synapse, Data Factory, Databricks, SQL).
Architect modern data warehouse and data lake patterns (Medallion architecture, Data Lakehouse, Microsoft Fabric).
Define data governance frameworks, data modeling standards, and robust security/compliance protocols.
Architect data ingestion pipelines for structured, and real-time streaming data.
Design, build, and optimize ETL/ELT workflows using Python, Spark, and SQL.
Establish CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for data workflows.
Mentor and lead a team of data engineers, providing technical guidance and code reviews.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate strategic requirements into highly actionable technical roadmaps.
Drive best practices for performance tuning, cost optimization, and system monitoring
