The Impact of a Data & Reporting Analyst at Coupa: We are looking for a detail-oriented and curious data analyst with 2+ years of experience to join our team. In this role, you’ll work with large and complex data sets to uncover insights, drive decision-marking, and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. You will also support internal reporting requirements through data validation, analysis submission, and output review. You should have strong technical skills in tools like Excel and SQL, as well as an analytical mindset and the ability to turn data into actionable insights. You’ll play a key role in helping our team understand performance, identify trends, and make data- driven decisions. What You'll Do: Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights Execute reporting ticket request; ensuring accuracy of input formatting, submission of data, and review of reporting outputs Develop clear, concise reports and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to review reporting maintenance, updates, and identify key areas of improvement Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting and analysis Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from databases Support ad-hoc analysis requires and delivery accurate insights in a timely manner What You Will Bring to Coupa: 2+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling Experience working with large datasets from various data sources Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis Experience with data cleaning, transformation and warehousing concepts Coupa complies with relevant laws and regulations regarding equal opportunity and offers a welcoming and inclusive work environment.
