JOB DESCRIPTION - ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• As part of the 3D Matching project, Forem is calling on a consultant for a period extending from the date of taking up the position to 31 December 2027 at the earliest, in order to continue the development of the M3D matching engine (job seeker's profile, job offer, training offer) and to present it in the Single Citizen File (CRM Dynamics), with a view to the opening of services scheduled for December 2026 and then the gradual replacement of the current matching tools (BiMatch, C1C, ELISE).
• The profile sought justifies recent experience as a Data Scientist, with expertise in the development of end-to-end AI applications, in particular experience in frontend development and restitution of results, on a Microsoft technological foundation (Azure, Azure AI Search, Microsoft Fabric).

The mission will consist in particular of:

• design and develop the interfaces for presenting the results of the M3D engine — business positioning, robustness of the profile, job and training proposals, recommended paths for their integration into the Single File and the consumption spaces (staff, agent, company, partner).
• The consultant will also ensure the formatting of the explainability of the matching: clear and synthetic display of the matching criteria, skills gaps and prioritization of proposals, as well as the creation of monitoring and management dashboards (data quality, test results, engine usage and performance indicators).
• Particular attention will be paid to co-design with users and technical and business stakeholders of Forem (agents, advisors, teams of the Single File): workshops, demonstrations, collection of feedback during the test phases, accessibility and multilingualism of interfaces, in order to guarantee the alignment of solutions with operational needs.
• He/she will also contribute to the development of the engine itself (matching and reranking logic, API contracts, containerized applications, validation of delivered versions) in close collaboration with the Azure/Fabric expert.
• Finally, this mission will be part of a logic of evolutionary maintenance, documentation and support for the solutions deployed until the end of 2027, according to terms defined jointly with the project managers.
