💰 Salary: 52mil Gross

📍 HCMC | Hybrid | 3 days office + 2 days remote

🚀 We are looking for a Data Scientist who can go beyond model building and help transform business challenges into production-ready AI solutions. This role combines traditional Data Science, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI to deliver measurable business impact for enterprise clients.

💡 What We're Looking For:

🔹 3+ years of Data Science experience delivering business-impact ML/AI solutions

🔹 Strong Python, SQL, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and ML framework expertise (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or XGBoost)

🔹 Proven experience deploying, monitoring, and optimizing ML models in production

🔹 Hands-on experience with LLMs, including Prompt Engineering, RAG, Retrieval, Embeddings, and Vector Databases

🔹 Experience building Agentic AI solutions, multi-step workflows, and AI automation pipelines

🔹 Familiarity with cloud & MLOps platforms such as Databricks, MLflow, Vertex AI, BigQuery, SageMaker, Bedrock, or Spark

🔹 Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, translating business needs into scalable AI solutions
