About this Position The Dayforce System Consultant plays a critical role in strengthening our HR technology landscape and ensuring smooth, accurate, and compliant operations across multiple countries. You will be part of a collaborative HR Technology and Operations team that thrives on problem‑solving and continuous improvement. Working closely with HR, IT, and cross‑functional stakeholders, you will help ensure a seamless Go‑Live for new countries, maintain high‑quality system performance, and support key upgrades and enhancements. This position offers the opportunity to work across diverse HR processes, navigate complex country-specific requirements, and help shape the future of our HR systems by ensuring data integrity, system reliability, and user confidence. What you´ll do Participate in discovery sessions to understand country-specific requirements, policies, and regulations for system alignment and Go‑Live readiness Support testing activities—including deployment preparation, execution, and post‑deployment validation—for all Dayforce project implementations Assist in data cutover tasks during parallel runs and Go‑Live, with increasing ownership of cutover activities Create, consolidate, and maintain standard and custom Dayforce reports, ensuring data accuracy and security Troubleshoot system issues, escalate technical concerns when needed, and provide day‑to‑day support on system usage and data integrity Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve system issues, test solutions, recommend process improvements, and support future upgrades and releases Maintain technical documentation and support materials while monitoring integrations (API Workbench/HR25), configurations, workflows, and mobile app functionality What makes you a good fit Bachelor's Degree in any course Minimum of five (5) years working experience with functional configuration changes in cloud-based payroll systems (eg.
