Role Description The Delegate Acquisition Officer is a full-time, hybrid role based in Pristina, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for identifying and engaging potential delegates for Connexus events, using research, outbound outreach, and relationship-building to drive attendance and participation. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, managing communication via email, phone, and social platforms, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or relevant tracking tools. The Delegate Acquisition Officer collaborates closely with marketing and event teams to refine target profiles, craft compelling outreach messages, and support overall event success. This position also involves monitoring response rates, optimizing acquisition strategies, and providing feedback on market trends and delegate needs.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage professionally with senior stakeholders and potential delegates.
• Experience in delegate acquisition, outreach, or business development, ideally within events, conferences, or B2B environments.
• Solid research and data management abilities, including lead identification, list building, and accurate record-keeping in CRM or similar systems.
• Comfort with digital tools and platforms, such as email marketing tools, LinkedIn and other social networks, and basic office productivity software.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple outreach campaigns, follow-ups, and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Motivation to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work model, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Prior experience in events, technology, or enterprise-focused roles is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
