Sales Specialist - Remote

Currently we are looking for highly motivated people with great communication and interpersonal skills to join our company and be part of an amazing new journey. The Sales Specialist duties include taking phone calls, assisting customers, solving customer complaints, placing orders, scheduling appointments, and following up on outbound calls. The ideal candidate loves talking to people, proactively solving issues and is motivated in closing deals.

The position requires coverage of the US Time zone.

Responsibilities

• Manage high volume of phone calls and provide response to all, maintaining high quality of services and performance standards
• Assist customers with relevant knowledge on products and services
• Analyze all client requirements and assist to prepare all service contracts and facilitate sales for same
• Actively solicit for all leads and direct sales opportunities, referring leads as appropriate, and updates all sales opportunities into CRM system
• Ensure optimal level of client satisfaction at all times and process all orders on phone and email
• Communicate internally with other departments, following up on pending issues related to customer's requests
• Follow up on leads and conduct additional research about the prospect through the interactions
• Perform follow ups with potential customers

Requirements:

• Excellent command of English (C1/C2) is a must - both written and spoken
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Good multitasking, prioritization and organizational skills
• Good attention to details and ability to effectively negotiate
• Demonstrate a passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience would be considered a plus
