Delivery Manager You might be our missing piece if you have: Plus 5 years in a similar position, ideally within a services-based environment A strong understanding of the product development life cycle Knowledge & practical experience with Agile methodologies Practical experience managing fixed-price projects Experience using roadmap planning tools and product management tools Previous client/account management experience Strong verbal & written communication skills Excellent English skills We would be thrilled if you have: A sense of belonging while reading about our culture Previous experience with establishing an environment for people to achieve great things by encouraging experimentation and learning Experience in promoting collaboration and building trust through various activities We will be working together on: Ensuring projects are effectively initiated and delivered in alignment to agreed objectives Implementing Agile methodology and facilitating Agile ceremonies Acting as consultants for client roadmap definition Enabling efficient decision-making concerning the delivery of the roadmap Coordinate product increment releases and communication support, training, and overall adoption of new features by users Anticipating changes in needs, adapting the product roadmap, and creating product transition plans Managing customer and team expectations Analyzing to identify opportunities to improve and grow project and client impact Enabling team performance, holding frequent 1:1 discussions with team members Setting and tracking goals and career path directions for team leads Facilitating team bonding and celebrating success inside the team Identifying poor performance, addressing corrective/preventive actions, and follow-ups with potential employees at risk Managing conflicts and proposing solutions for increasing team collaboration Managing admin requests for all team members (holiday, overtime, timesheet validation, flexible time, etc.) Department Delivery Management Role Delivery Manager Locations Cluj-Napoca , Brasov , Oradea Remote status Hybrid Cluj-Napoca Brasov Oradea About RebelDot At RebelDot we enable organizations in more than 15 industries to make an asset out of custom software.
