Responsibilities:

  • Align personalization initiatives with the overall strategy and provide input to the Regional Delivery Lead.​
  • Lead and manage the delivery of customer personalization initiatives within their respective teams.​
  • Coordinate with the Delivery Director to allocate resources effectively within their teams.​
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their personalization requirements and align initiatives accordingly.
  • Manage client project portfolios, including budgeting, resource planning, risk management, and project execution. Plan and execute personalization projects within their teams, ensuring successful implementation and delivery. Manage the budget for projects within their teams, ensuring effective resource utilization and cost control.​
  • Track and analyze project performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and provide reports to theRegional Delivery Lead.​
  • Collaborate with other Delivery Managers and teams to ensure seamless coordination and information sharing.​
  • Seek feedback, identify process bottlenecks, and propose improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of personalization initiatives. Gathering customer evaluations of delivery services and continually improving service quality.​
  • Identify key technical objectives and provide solution recommendations while performing business process and management consulting analysis for customers.​
  • Support the Sales team by identifying potential sales opportunities and gathering requirements to develop solutions with strong value propositions.​
  • Evaluate incoming requests, performing initial scoping, and analyzing incoming requests for completeness.
  • Cooperate closely with Account Managers to provide technical and quality expertise for customers.​
  • Contributing to the growth and development of customer channels.
  • Requirements:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience as a Delivery manager (Product Owner, Project Management or Business Analysis).
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong technical background​.
  • Experience in Pharma domain​.
  • Good sales skillset.
  • Quick thinking and ability to deal with high volume of quick projects. ​
  • Desire to learn new technologies, deep dive into details and troubleshoot the problems. ​
  • Experience in managing/coordinating Web development projects.​
  • Understanding the business policies and procedures.
  • Experience with an account/project management tools, like Jira, MS Office, CRMs.
