Welcome to Infraspeak.

Our mission is simple: to transform facilities management with a collaborative platform that unifies every part of FM operations into one cohesive system — enabling every stakeholder to Work as One.

We go beyond traditional tools, eliminating fragmented systems in complex operations. Our platform ensures end-to-end collaboration across FM teams, processes and assets — with no silos, blind spots or overload.

Born in Porto, Portugal, we’re now a global company serving customers in 45+ countries and backed by top investors. But we’re just getting started.

  • We believe in ownership, collaboration, and meritocracy.

  • We believe that only great teams build great products — and that includes our customers.

  • We believe happiness is in the journey, not just the destination.

Above all, we are guided by our purpose: to Be a Source of a Good Life — for our customers, our team, and the broader community.

What are we building?

We seek a Delivery Manager based in Barcelona to own enterprise implementations end-to-end for large, high-profile customers in the EMEA region. This is not a typical project management role. Our most successful Delivery Managers have led complex B2B SaaS rollouts for major brands and are at ease in front of C-level executives when the pressure is high.

We want you if you can lead a project without being anyone's boss and keep a demanding customer moving towards go-live. You will be the customer's single point of accountability for delivery, from the handover from Sales to a successful go-live, working within the scope and effort agreed before the project starts.

What will you do?

Project Ownership: Lead enterprise implementations from handover to go-live, turning the agreed implementation package into a working plan with clear milestones and deliverables.

Executive Governance: Run steering committees and executive reviews with C-level stakeholders at large, high-profile organisations, keeping sponsors aligned and decisions moving.

Scope & Effort Control: Deliver within the scope and hours agreed for each project, track your time accurately, and escalate early when scope starts to drift.

Stakeholder Orchestration: Coordinate the customer's operations, IT and procurement teams alongside our Product, Integrations and Sales colleagues, without formal authority over any of them.

Data Migration & Integrations: Drive the migration of data from legacy systems and the delivery of integrations, holding both the customer and internal teams to their dependencies.

Risk Management: Identify, track and escalate risks and actions in our project tooling so that anyone can see where an account stands.

Reporting: Produce weekly status updates and monthly reports that a customer executive can read in two minutes.

Difficult Conversations: Handle missed customer dependencies, product gaps and timeline changes directly and early.

Continuous Improvement: Feed lessons from the field back into how we scope, sell and deliver future projects.

Who are we looking for?

English: Business-level fluency. Non-negotiable.

Spanish: Native-level or fluent.

French: A huge plus.

Location: Based in or near Barcelona, Spain, and available to travel to customer sites.

Executive Presence: Proven experience leading steering committees with C-level stakeholders at large, high-profile organisations, and staying composed under high pressure.

Implementation Experience: A track record of delivering enterprise B2B SaaS implementations end-to-end, ideally including data migration and integrations.

Leadership Without Authority: The ability to align and move customer and internal teams you don't manage towards a shared deadline.

Commercial Discipline: Respect for agreed scope and effort, and the judgement to raise an uncomfortable conversation early rather than absorb overruns.

Clear Communicator: Concise, honest written and spoken communication, from site technicians to the boardroom.

AI-Savvy: Skilled in using AI tools to streamline daily operations and enhance performance.

Operational Rigour: You keep plans, time tracking and documentation current because the team relies on them.

Domain Knowledge: Experience with facilities management, maintenance management software (CMMS) or field-service platforms is a significant plus.

Certification: A project management certification is welcome but not mandatory.

What do we offer?

  • Flexible working hours and remote-friendly culture

  • A scale-up environment, where you will see the company (and yourself) grow beyond a dozen people to a worldwide reference in the field (some people call it ambition, we call it focus)

  • A balanced work environment where you will have autonomy, responsibility, ownership, and freedom to make mistakes and to learn from them

  • Regular events to promote knowledge sharing and team engagement.
