Hi, I'm Bobby, the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at EnsoData! We are looking for a new team member who is passionate about making healthcare better.

EnsoData is seeking a hands-on Demand Generation Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize marketing programs that generate awareness, qualified leads, and pipeline growth for our software as a medical device (SaMD) solutions. This position offers a flexible work environment, competitive salary range of $135,000 - $140,000, stock options, plus benefits such as paid time off, healthcare insurance, and more.

The Role

This role manages day-to-day marketing execution including campaigns, email, website, social media content, webinars, events, PR, as well as our systems, vendors, and inbound leads. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of B2B marketing principles, demand generation, marketing automation, and execution among the entire marketing and sales lifecycle, and a track record in driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified leads and support sales across HST customer segments.
  • Track, analyze, and report on funnel performance (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, CAC) and recommend improvements.
  • Own HubSpot administration, including CRM and marketing hub configuration, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, workflows, forms, lists, and dashboards.
  • Plan and execute email programs, including promotional campaigns, customer and clinician newsletters, product announcements, and lifecycle sequences.
  • Manage the company website (CMS updates, landing pages, site structure, performance, and analytics).
  • Lead SEO strategy for both clinician-facing and patient-facing content, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and reporting.
  • Produce and oversee content such as blog posts, white papers, case studies, clinical summaries, sell sheets, product one-pagers, videos, and sales presentations.
  • Manage webinar, trade show, and conference presence, such as SLEEP and other sleep medicine, DME, and primary care events, including logistics, booth materials, lead capture, and post-event follow-up.
  • Oversee the social media presence (primarily LinkedIn), including editorial calendar, publishing, community engagement, and performance reporting.
  • Manage visual design and content contractors, including briefs, timelines, quality control, and budgets.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient use of resources.

This is what we need in our new team member:

  • 5+ years of B2B demand generation and marketing operations experience in healthcare, medical devices, diagnostics, or digital health marketing.
  • Strong, hands-on HubSpot experience (workflows, lead scoring, reporting, email, and CRM integration).
  • Proven track record of building and running campaigns that produce measurable pipelines.
  • Experience with website management, SEO, and content production.
  • Experience managing freelancers, agencies, and vendors.
  • Excellent writing, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small-team, high ownership environment

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in sleep medicine or HST is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with marketing to clinicians, DME providers, sleep centers, or health systems.
  • Working knowledge of healthcare marketing compliance (FDA, HIPAA, claims substantiation).
  • Basic proficiency with design tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva) and web analytics (GA4).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

EnsoData

EnsoData strives to make healthcare more accurate, efficient, and affordable through waveform artificial intelligence (AI) technology. Using AI and machine learning, our software analyzes billions of data points collected from sensors placed throughout the human body. Our first solution, EnsoSleep, reduces the time clinicians spend analyzing, scoring and managing sleep studies. This results in a simplified and accelerated patient testing, diagnosis, and treatment workflow. Our AI-powered technology has the capability of informing health decisions beyond sleep medicine, from monitoring patient health in the ICU or through wearables, to detecting and capturing seizure data, to providing earlier detection of heart disease, diabetes, stroke, and Alzheimer’s.
