The Opportunity

Ready to turn data into action? Join Goodman Fielder as a Demand Planner, helping keep our iconic food brands moving across Grocery, Foodservice and Industrial.

You'll own demand forecasting, optimise inventory and partner with teams across the business to improve forecast accuracy, product availability and customer service.

With Foodservice & Industrial continuing to grow, you'll help manage increasing portfolio complexity and drive smarter, more efficient planning.

What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain forecasts using SAP IBP, analysing sales trends, seasonality and market activity.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to align forecasts and identify risks and opportunities.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, inventory and stock exposure, driving corrective actions.
• Manage interstate stock transfers to improve availability and customer service.
• Minimise aged, slow-moving and obsolete stock to reduce waste and write-offs.
• Support new product launches, product deletions and replenishment planning.
• Deliver reporting and insights to support weekly planning and S&OP processes.
  
  

What You Will Bring

• Proven demand planning experience, ideally in FMCG or retail.
• Strong forecasting, inventory management and end-to-end supply chain knowledge.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills; SAP IBP experience highly regarded.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder influencing skills.
• A proactive, organised approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A relevant tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
