Deligo is a leader in visual AI self-checkout for the convenience retail industry, trusted by global brands like Compass, Sodexo, Marks & Spencer, and Spar.
We build advanced visual AI - developed by a top-notch machine learning team - to recognize food and retail items instantly. No barcodes, no manual scanning. Just place your items and tap to pay: it’s that simple. The result: a magical experience that improves everyday lives by saving time standing in checkout lines.
But this isn’t just exceptional tech: We are a tight-knit team of curious, passionate and ambitious builders who take pride in our craft and value trust in everything we do. If you’re looking to join a rocket ship and help redefine the future of AI-powered checkout, we’d love to meet you! 🚀
Role at a glance
As a Deployment Coordinator, you’ll help customers get ready to launch Deligo’s checkout solutions, keeping people, plans and practical details aligned from deployment preparation through go-live.
You’ll work closely with customers, deployment partners and our internal teams to gather site requirements, coordinate hardware and logistics, and keep outstanding actions moving. You’ll manage several deployments at once, making sure everyone knows what needs to happen, who owns it and when it’s due.
This is a hands-on coordination role for someone who enjoys organising work, communicating with customers and seeing things through. You’ll also help improve our checklists, documentation and ways of working as deployment volumes grow.
How you’ll make a difference
Keep deployments on track: Coordinate schedules, milestones and dependencies across multiple customer sites, adjusting plans when priorities change
Help customers prepare for go-live: Gather site requirements and follow up on outstanding information, working with technical teams to confirm that prerequisites are in place
Coordinate hardware and logistics: Track equipment availability, inventory allocation, shipping and delivery so the right hardware reaches each site on time
Bring people together: Align customers, external deployment partners and internal teams on responsibilities, deadlines and next steps
Spot issues and drive action: Identify risks early, follow up on blockers and involve the right people to resolve them
Keep information reliable: Maintain accurate deployment trackers and documentation so progress, decisions and outstanding actions are easy to follow
Improve how we work: Help simplify checklists and workflows, reduce recurring delays and make deployments easier to coordinate as we scale
What makes you a great fit
Min. 1–3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, customer onboarding, implementation support, service delivery or customer-facing operations and logistics
Outstanding English skills are absolutely essential: You must speak and write fluently, explain requirements clearly, and handle changes to timelines professionally
Hands-on customer and stakeholder coordination: You’ve worked directly with customers and colleagues to gather information, clarify responsibilities and move a service or project forward
Strong organisation and prioritisation: You can manage several workstreams, keep records accurate and decide what needs attention first when plans change
Ownership and practical problem-solving: You follow through without constant reminders, spot potential delays and know when to resolve an issue yourself or ask for support
A bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Logistics, Engineering or a related field
Willingness to travel occasionally for customer or deployment activities ✈️
