To drive that growth we are looking for an experienced Product Owner to own SnapSoft's internal AI and agentic automation portfolio. You will manage a pipeline of internal AI initiatives across all our departments, from the first idea to production rollout.

You will mostly work with external partners, so your job is to collect business needs, package them into clear requirements, have trusted vendors build the solutions, and then lead change management and rollout. Once a solution is stable, you hand day-to-day operations over to our internal operations team.

We use the same cutting-edge technologies and processes internally that we deliver to our clients. One example: CRM automation with AI agents, so sales colleagues no longer need to maintain the CRM by hand. Every department has a list of similar automation ideas, and you will take them on one after another.

In your first year you focus on internal projects. After that, you move into client delivery projects, where your business analysis and consulting skills matter more. This is a consultative role that goes beyond classic project management.

What you'll be doing

• Own the internal agentic portfolio from a build-and-rollout perspective: prioritize use cases, plan and track delivery across several initiatives in parallel.

• Gather requirements from stakeholders in every department, align them, and translate them into requirements that external partners can build against.

• Manage external vendors and partners who build the solutions, and review the results.

• Align the architecture with our delivery teams, so every solution fits our existing platforms and standards. Our AI/ML delivery colleagues provide technical guidance.

• Lead change management and rollout, and prepare the handover to internal operations.

• Work closely with internal AI Engineering colleagues on sensitive or system-integration-heavy use cases.

• Keep several projects moving at different maturity stages at the same time, for example, starting a new one while another waits for department feedback.

• After the first year, apply the same skills on client delivery projects as a business analyst and consultant.

What you bring

• 5+ years of professional experience, Product Owner, Business analyst, or Project manager background.

• Hands-on involvement in AI projects, AI products or workflow automation in the last 2–3 years. One year can be enough if you have seen several different projects and situations.

• Professional experience with LLM tools such as Claude or OpenAI.

• Experience building agents and running them in production, where you optimized or replaced at least one business process.

• Experience with agent orchestration platforms such as n8n, or a clear picture of how you ran agentic solutions in production.

• Strong requirement-gathering and stakeholder alignment skills, and the ability to quickly understand a problem and propose a solution.

• Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Solution-oriented consultative mindset and excellent communication skills

• Fluent English knowledge.

Nice-to-have

• Background at a professional services IT company similar to SnapSoft.

• Experience with product and project management tools such as Jira or Miro (useful, but not required).
