🚀 We’re Hiring: Cloud Operations Deployment Manager (Philippines)

🌏 Work Location: Philippines (WFH)

⏰ Work Timing: Australia / New Zealand hours

📅 Duration: 12-month contract (renewable)

✈️ Travel: Up to 10% if required

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage production deployments as the single point of contact
• Coordinate with engineering, support, product, and customer teams
• Define success metrics, timelines, and ensure smooth delivery
• Handle release and change management activities
• Track projects, manage issues, and maintain stakeholder communication
• Continuously improve deployment and release processes
• Ensure efficient use of resources while maintaining quality standards

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in Change & Release Management
• Strong project management and multitasking ability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in cloud, networking, or enterprise infrastructure (preferred)

🔹 Technical Exposure

• AWS (CloudFormation, EC2, S3, ECS, ECR, CodeDeploy, CloudWatch, etc.)
• Databases: DB2, Oracle, SQL Server
• Tools: Jira, Confluence
• AWS Cloud Practitioner certification is a plus
