About Regnology

Regnology is a recognized leader in regulatory, risk, tax, and finance reporting technology— connecting regulators and the regulated across more than 100 countries. Our unique position enables us to span the full spectrum of industry needs, delivering solutions that address both oversight and compliance requirements to a broad range of clients, including global Tier 1 banks, local and regional institutions, corporates, insurers, and authorities.

What you'll do:

As Deputy Head of People Engagement in Regnology, you will work side by side with our Head of People Engagement, sharing ownership of the function and helping shape how we develop, engage and integrate our people across the organization.

This is not a support role. It is a senior leadership position for someone who is ready to take ownership, make decisions, lead complex initiatives, and represent the People Engagement function independently when needed.

You will work in close partnership with the Head of People Engagement, with shared responsibility across the function and a high degree of autonomy. When one of you is unavailable, the other should be able to step in, make decisions, and keep things moving.

Your key accountabilities are:

  • Co-lead the People Engagement function and help define its strategy, priorities and roadmap.
  • Provide direct leadership to our Learning & Development team, focusing on direction, priorities, coaching, decision-making rather than day-to-day operational execution.
  • Oversee initiatives across areas such as learning and development, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  • Translating business needs into pragmatic People solutions and ensure that initiatives move from strategy into execution.
  • Lead cross-functional and global People projects from definition through implementation.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decisions even when you do not have formal authority.
  • Represent the People Engagement function in senior-level discussions and independently lead the function when required.
  • Own the People Integration Workstream for M&A. Depending on the acquisition, this may include:
    • People integration strategy and planning.
    • Organizational and cultural integration.
    • Employee onboarding and integration.
    • Leadership alignment.
    • Employee communication and change management.
    • Alignment and integration of People processes and practices.
    • Coordination with HR specialists and other functions involved in the integration.
    • Identifying People-related risks, dependencies and decisions and ensuring they are addressed at the right time.
    • Working closely with the Integration Management Office, CHRO, and senior business leaders.
    • Driving the People workstream from initial planning through implementation and post-integration follow-up.

Why we should decide on you:

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with meaningful exposure to multiple HR disciplines rather than specialization in a single area.
  • Broad understanding of the employee lifecycle and the ability to connect different People processes into an overall organizational perspective.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects, or programs.
  • Experience working in international and global environments.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with a bias toward execution.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience leading or developing teams.
  • Familiarity with AI concepts and its potential application in a business environment
  • Excellent project and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders without relying on formal authority.
  • Confidence working with executive-level stakeholders and the ability to communicate effectively at C-level.
  • Strong judgement and the ability to make sound decisions despite ambiguity or incomplete information.
  • The ability to understand, assess, and consciously manage risk rather than avoid decisions because risk exists.
  • A high degree of ownership, independence, and adaptability.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Would be an advantage:

  • Experience with M&A, People integration or large-scale organizational transformation.
  • Experience leading an end-to-end People/HR integration workstream.
  • Experience across several HR disciplines, such as organizational development, performance management, employee engagement, talent/recruitment, HR operations, or change management.

Why you should decide on us:

  • Market Leadership: Join a global leader where our agile culture and innovative spirit allow you to shape the future of financial stability.
  • International Scope: Take ownership of high-profile international projects and benefit from our global internal mobility initiatives.
  • Growth & Mentorship: Access a wide range of our technical and functional training opportunities.
  • Culture of Inclusion: We foster a supportive, transparent atmosphere with frequent team events and a commitment to diversity.

To get started, we only need your CV. We look forward to meeting you in a virtual or personal interview!
