Dermatologist

We are looking for a PMDC-registered dermatologist interested in flexible, fully remote clinical work.

As an Elevren dermatologist, you will review structured hair-loss assessments, assess patients based on their medical history and scalp photographs, prescribe appropriate Elevren treatment where clinically indicated, and contribute in recording brief scripted educational videos addressing common misconceptions and concerns related to hair loss.

Preferred Profile:

• Valid PMDC registration
• Preferred FCPS, Minimum D-Derma
• Early-career dermatologists are very welcome
• Interest in hair loss / androgenetic alopecia
• Comfortable with telemedicine and digital patient assessment
• Evidence-based clinical approach
• Doctors currently on a career break or looking for flexible home-based clinical work are encouraged to apply

Job Details:

• Review structured patient assessments, including medical history and scalp photographs.
• Assess each case and determine the appropriate treatment approach.
• Prescribe Elevren's treatment when clinically appropriate.
• Request additional information where required before making a clinical decision.
• Continue engaging with patients through their treatment journey as required. (4 essential touch points over the course of 9 months, all async communication on the platform.)
• Record 40-50 second educational videos using scripts provided by Elevren to address common hair loss concerns, correct prevalent myths.
• Make independent clinical decisions based on the patient's individual assessment.

Clinical decisions remain with the dermatologist. There is no expectation to prescribe when treatment is not medically appropriate.

• Elevren handles patient acquisition, booking, payment and platform operations
• Opportunity to grow into a regular part-time role within Elevren's remote clinical team as patient volume increases

Compensation:

Within Probation

• PKR 40k – 50k / month
• 2 hours per day. 5 days a week

Successful completion of probation will move you to a revised, competitive package that grows with your impact, experience and expertise, with the option to continue part-time or move into a full-time role. Specific terms are discussed and agreed individually.
