Job Overview

We are looking for Design Engineers and Senior Design Engineers based in the Philippines to join our remote Engineering & Design team and work on international building projects using Autodesk Revit and

BIM workflows.

The role involves interpreting design plans, Revit master models and client requirements to prepare accurate, coordinated construction drawings. You will work remotely with our engineering team and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop construction drawing sets using Autodesk Revit.
• Interpret architectural plans, sales/design drawings and client markups.
• Modify and coordinate client-provided Revit models.
• Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, electrical layouts and detailed internal drawings.
• Coordinate doors, windows, fixtures, cabinetry, dimensions and building elements across drawings.
• Follow client BIM standards, templates, families and drafting requirements.
• Incorporate design changes and client revisions accurately.
• Perform drawing and model quality checks before submission.
• Identify discrepancies and raise technical queries when required.
• Collaborate with international clients and project teams through online meetings and shared project platforms.
• Manage assigned tasks, meet deadlines and communicate progress clearly.
• For senior positions, review drawings, guide junior team members and support technical coordination.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Good understanding of architectural and construction drawings.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD / BricsCAD is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and good written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a remote team.
• Fresh graduates with strong Revit skills may apply for Design Engineer positions.
• Relevant BIM/Revit and construction documentation experience is preferred for Senior Design Engineer positions.

Remote Work Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace for focused work and online meetings.
• Availability for regular team meetings, client coordination and agreed working hours.

Working Hours

• Full-time role with an agreed daily work schedule.
• Working hours will depend on client requirements, with at least four hours of overlap with the assigned client’s working hours and flexibility to attend meetings with our India and US teams.
• Depending on the project and client location, the schedule may include evening or night hours in Philippine time.
