The Analyst, Corporate Applications is an early-career member responsible for supporting the configuration, administration, and day-to-day maintenance of the company's enterprise business systems, with a primary focus on NetSuite (ERP). Working under the guidance of senior team members and alongside Finance/Accounting and other business stakeholders, the Analyst helps translate documented business requirements into practical system changes, supports core financial and operational processes, and helps keep corporate data reliable, accurate, and accessible across the organization. This is a hands-on, learning-focused role suited to a detail-oriented professional who is building their career in enterprise applications, thrives in a fast-paced, growing biotech/pharmaceutical environment, and enjoys partnering with cross-functional teams to continuously improve business applications. The Analyst takes direction on priorities from senior colleagues, manages assigned tasks to completion, and escalates issues and risks promptly so work stays on track. The position reports to the Senior Analyst, Corporate Applications, coordinates day-to-day with other local resources in the region, and operates fully remotely from the Philippines, aligned to U.S. Pacific business hours.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Support the administration of NetSuite under the direction of senior team members, including maintaining saved searches, reports, dashboards, roles, and permissions, and completing assigned configuration tasks.
- Assist Finance/Accounting and other business stakeholders in gathering and documenting requirements, current-state processes, and enhancement requests, and help translate them into clear specifications for review.
- Provide day-to-day, first-line support across corporate applications; log, triage, troubleshoot, and resolve routine user issues and system errors in a timely manner, escalating complex problems to senior analysts.
- Help configure, test, and deploy system changes, workflows, and integrations that improve efficiency and data quality, following established standards and change-control procedures with senior review.
- Maintain data integrity by performing regular audits, reconciliations, and validation of records across integrated systems, and by flagging and helping correct discrepancies.
- Draft and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, configuration notes, and end-user training materials, keeping them current as systems change.
- Support period-end close activities, recurring reporting needs, and ad hoc data requests from business teams, ensuring outputs are accurate and delivered on schedule.
- Assist internal IT resources, external vendors, and implementation partners on assigned project tasks, system upgrades, and testing cycles, tracking action items to closure.
- Coordinate day-to-day with other local resources in the region, sharing progress, aligning on priorities, and helping ensure timely delivery of shared tasks.
- Help identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement across the corporate applications landscape, and contribute ideas to senior team members.
- Build and maintain working knowledge of Celito's business processes and system landscape, growing toward greater independence and ownership over time.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1-2+ years of hands-on experience administering, supporting, or working closely with enterprise business applications; exposure to NetSuite (ERP) or a comparable ERP system is strongly preferred.
- Working understanding of core Finance/Accounting business processes (e.g., order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, general ledger, and period close), with a willingness to deepen this knowledge.
- Developing ability to gather requirements, apply system configurations, and translate documented business needs into practical changes under guidance.
- Familiarity with building or maintaining NetSuite saved searches, reports, and dashboards, and with basic role and permission concepts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with remote, crossfunctional teams.
- Ability to manage and prioritize assigned tasks, follow through to completion, and escalate issues appropriately.
- Ability to work reliably in a fully remote setting aligned to U.S. Pacific business hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PT).
- Experience in or exposure to the biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry.
- NetSuite SuiteFoundation certification, or active progress toward NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification.
- Exposure to additional corporate systems (HR, Legal, Compliance, or CRM) and to system integrations (e.g., middleware or APIs).
- Exposure to multi-entity or global (US and Ex-US) operations.
- Basic familiarity with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, or reporting/BI tools, or an interest in learning them.
- Experience working within an Employer of Record (EOR) arrangement or on globally distributed teams.
