Your Role
As a IT engineer, contribute to and support the operation of modern IT workplace environment to various clients using modern technology.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to end user, respond to the technical incidents, troubleshoot issues and document the process.
- Manage and maintain various IT asset and update in CMDB as accordingly
- Identify opportunities to automate processes, improve service delivery and enhance operational efficiency
- Implement and support modern workplace and end user computing solutions.
- Collaborate across various technology Team to manage dependencies and ensure successful delivery of workplace technology strategy
Your Profile
Experience and Qualifications
- Strong technical troubleshooting, problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholder to resolve any IT issue.
- Knowledge of various cloud workplace environment such as Azure and AWS, and modern device management practices.
- Demonstrated experience of deploying and operating modern workplace environments in medium to large enterprise.
- Experience with authoring/reviewing technical documents.
- Experience in supporting various IT infrastructures such as printers, routers and servers.
