Who You Are:

• Coordinate confirmation of booking details with resort partners as requested by Destify, including dates, room counts, and guest information.
• Assist with the handoff of group bookings between Destify's sales and reservations workflows, ensuring required data fields are completed.
• Maintain assigned planning calendars and tracking spreadsheets, updating entries as new information is received.
• Provide an accuracy review of booking-related data entries to flag discrepancies before handoff.
• Communicate with Destify designated points of contact regarding status of in-flight tasks and roadblocks.
• Deliver booking confirmation summaries returned within agreed turnaround for each request.
• Deliver up-to-date planning calendar entries reflecting current booking statuses.
• Deliver booking handoff documentation completed for assigned group bookings.
  

• Must have hospitality or hotel experience.
