Requirements
What The Work Typically Involves
• Building frontend experiences with frameworks like React or Vue
• Developing backend services with Node, Python, or Ruby — or working across the full stack
• Managing DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and deployments
• Building AI/ML solutions and mobile applications
• Providing IT support or leading technical projects
What Makes a Strong Candidate
• Based in Latin America with reliable internet
• Strong written and verbal English (B2 or higher)
• Previous professional experience in software development, engineering, or IT
• Strong problem-solving skills and ownership of your work
• Experience working with US-based or international teams is a plus
