As a healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) technology company, we develop innovative, AI-powered solutions, health information exchange integrations, and clinical workflow software that address complex healthcare challenges.
If you are an experienced Software Development leader who enjoys leading high-performing teams, driving Agile delivery, and ensuring quality software development, we want you on our team!

As a Development Team Lead, you will lead a development squad responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions within SANTECHTURE's Delivery Operating Model.
You will translate sprint priorities into clear daily plans, allocate tasks, manage team capacity, monitor progress, and ensure delivery commitments are met. You will also provide day-to-day leadership to developers, promote accountability, and proactively identify delivery risks and blockers.
Working closely with Product Delivery, QA, Integration, DevOps, Data, and Technology teams, you will ensure that development activities follow approved engineering standards and architectural decisions while supporting the successful delivery of healthcare technology solutions.
Primary Responsibilities

- Manage competing requests across shared resources and ensure that individual developers are assigned to no more than two active projects.
- Protect sprint commitments by directing unplanned requests through the appropriate backlog and prioritization process.
- Track unfinished work and communicate potential carry-over and delivery risks before sprint closure.
Capacity Planning & Delivery Execution
- Validate team capacity and resource availability before work is committed to a sprint.
- Maintain an updated team skills map and accurate sprint allocation records.
- Provide accurate effort estimates, delivery status, and completion forecasts.
- Maintain up-to-date Jira records, including task status, blockers, estimated completion dates, and delivery risk indicators.
- Identify capacity gaps, skill gaps, and resource dependencies early, recommending appropriate actions.
- Support change requests, go-live readiness, and post-release hypercare activities.
Engineering Quality & Technical Governance
- Ensure the team follows approved engineering standards, architecture, and technical design decisions.
- Ensure all development work undergoes peer review and meets the agreed Definition of Done.
- Verify that unit tests are completed successfully and supporting evidence is attached to delivered work.
- Identify technical risks and escalate design, architecture, or technical decisions that exceed the team's authority.
- Encourage the adoption of approved AI-assisted development tools in line with Technology guidance.
- Contribute to root-cause analysis for production incidents and follow through on corrective actions.
- Ensure security and data protection requirements are applied throughout development activities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with QA, Integration, DevOps, and Data Team Leads to coordinate dependencies, handovers, and development environments.
- Work with Product Delivery and PMO to clarify requirements, align priorities, and maintain delivery visibility.
- Support effective communication across technical teams to minimize delays and improve delivery outcomes.
- Contribute to recruitment decisions by assessing candidates' delivery behavior, collaboration, and team fit.
