DevOps Engineer

Job Description This is a remote position. The Castillian is engaged with a technology and staffing company client and is focused on the following tasks: Working on a new initiative of creating a portal that is a tailored service for the clients. Investigating and preparing a proposal on how to block traffic from a certain region to the client's websites and domains. Discussing and planning the introduction of Argo CD tooling to improve deployment efficiency and developer productivity. Implement and manage robust security measures for information systems and infrastructure. Collaborating with the development and operations teams to integrate security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle. Conducting regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and audits to identify and address potential risks. Designing, implementing, and maintaining security policies, procedures, and documentation. Monitoring and responding to security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement. Staying abreast of industry trends, emerging threats, and security technologies to enhance the organization's security posture. Fostering a security-aware culture by providing training and guidance to team members
