DevOps Engineer

Your Tasks:

• Manage and further develop the firm's infrastructure and ensure the stable, secure, highly available and high-performance operation of all services for CI/CD
• Manage and further development of production systems and well as internal monitoring systems
• Make sure the infrastructure is always working under industry security standards
• Due to a state of the art monitoring system proactively prevent downtimes, and system failures
• Develop a proper recovery plan
• Identify, analyse and address potential threats to the management and agree on possible solutions
• Recommend and set up the most suitable infrastructure environment for new project and customers
• Support the business operations team with 2rd and 3rd Level tasks
• Keep an updated documentation of infrastructure, services and patches, inventory etc.
• Estimation of costs and solutions
• Produce monthly reports and suggest improvement to the company's infrastructure
• Coordinate and communications 3rd parties providers
• You work closely with Software Development and Product/Project Management to ensure clients onboarding, releases and lunches are done under set project timing.

Your Profile:

• You started your career in the tech sector, e.g. as a system administrator or developer, and are at home in both worlds (development and operations)
• You are familiar with implementing IT and network security.
• You are up to date with current technologies but also familiar with older ones
• You are skilled in Linux system administration
• You are experienced in modern software delivery principles and practices (CI, CD), test automation, container-based deployment)
• Hands-on experience with scripting in Bash or Python
• Solid experience of micro services and distributed systems
