The Role
We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team and help us build, automate, and maintain reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure and delivery processes.
As a DevOps Engineer, you will work closely with software development and engineering teams to improve the way applications are built, tested, deployed, monitored, and operated. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing cloud infrastructure through Infrastructure as Code, implementing containerized environments, and ensuring the reliability and security of production systems.
Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable, repeatable, and automated software releases
• Automate development, testing, deployment, and release processes
• Provision, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code
• Implement and maintain containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes
• Design and implement deployment strategies, including rollback and recovery procedures
• Set up and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability across production environments
• Build dashboards and monitoring solutions to provide visibility into system health and performance
• Participate in incident response, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and service recovery
• Harden infrastructure security and implement security best practices across cloud and production environments
• Manage secrets, credentials, and access controls in accordance with security best practices
• Optimize infrastructure for cost, performance, scalability, availability, and reliability
• Automate repetitive operational tasks using Bash, Python, or other scripting technologies
• Collaborate closely with developers and engineers to improve application deployment and operational processes
• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and infrastructure standards
• Continuously evaluate tools and technologies that can improve development and infrastructure workflows

Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional experience in a DevOps, Cloud, Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering role
• Hands-on experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with CI/CD platforms such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or equivalent
• Strong experience with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
• Experience implementing and maintaining monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions
• Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Datadog, or equivalent
• Good scripting and automation skills using Bash and/or Python
• Strong understanding of Linux administration
• Good knowledge of networking fundamentals
• Understanding of infrastructure and cloud security best practices
• Experience with Git and modern Git workflows
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively with software developers, engineers, and other technical teams
• Strong communication and collaborative team spirit

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience designing and managing highly available and scalable production environments
• Experience with advanced Kubernetes concepts and production cluster management
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and managed Kubernetes services such as EKS, AKS, or GKE
• Experience with automated security and compliance practices within CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of secrets management solutions such as HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, Azure Key Vault, or equivalent
• Experience with cloud networking, load balancers, firewalls, VPNs, DNS, and CDN technologies
• Experience with GitOps tools and practices such as Argo CD or Flux
• Experience with deployment strategies such as Blue/Green, Canary, and Rolling deployments
• Knowledge of high-availability, disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity practices
• Experience with cost optimization and resource management in cloud environments
• Familiarity with SRE principles, SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
• Relevant cloud or DevOps certifications are considered a plus
