DevOps Engineer - Hybrid in Tallinn We are currently working with a growing technology company in Tallinn looking to hire a DevOps Engineer to join their Platform team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building scalable infrastructure, improving reliability, and helping development teams deliver software efficiently. The role combines hands-on DevOps, cloud infrastructure, platform engineering and automation. Responsibilities Manage and maintain production infrastructure and cloud environments Monitor system performance, availability and reliability Respond to incidents, troubleshoot issues and implement long-term solutions Build and improve observability, monitoring and alerting systems Manage and optimise cloud infrastructure costs Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code solutions Support CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices Contribute to the development of internal developer platforms and self-service tooling Work closely with Software Engineers, QA and Product teams to improve delivery processes Drive automation and continuous improvement across the platform Requirements Previous experience in a DevOps, Platform Engineering or Site Reliability role Strong experience with Docker and container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes or ECS Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP (AWS preferred) Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, ideally Terraform Experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitOps practices Good understanding of cloud infrastructure, scalability and system reliability Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience working within Agile development teams Nice to Have AWS certifications Experience with Helm, ArgoCD, Flux or similar tools Exposure to FinOps and cloud cost optimisation Experience using AI-powered development and operational tools Experience building Internal Developer Platforms (IDP) Location Tallinn, Estonia Full-time employment Hybrid working environment This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing technology business where you will have a direct impact on platform reliability, developer experience and the future of the company's infrastructure.
