Role Description The Diet & Nutrition Specialist – Remote will provide personalized nutrition guidance and support to clients through virtual consultations and digital channels. This part-time role includes assessing dietary habits, developing tailored meal plans, and delivering evidence-based nutrition education aligned with MantraCare’s holistic care model. The specialist will collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to integrate nutrition into broader wellness programs and track client progress using MantraCare’s AI-enabled tools. Additional responsibilities may include creating educational content, contributing to program development, and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with clinical standards.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in dietetics and nutrition, with the ability to apply evidence-based guidelines to diverse populations.
• Proficiency in nutrition education and health promotion, including designing practical, culturally sensitive meal plans.
• Excellent communication skills for virtual counseling, client engagement, and collaboration with cross-functional care teams.
• Understanding of food & beverage choices, portion control, and practical strategies for behavior change.
• Relevant degree or certification in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a closely related field; registration or licensure as a dietitian/nutrition professional is preferred where applicable.
• Experience delivering remote or telehealth-based nutrition services and comfort using digital health platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a part-time, remote setting while managing schedules and maintaining client confidentiality.
• Familiarity with chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, cardiovascular health, weight management) is a plus.
