About the Role

The Digital Asset Fund Management Associate will support investment fund research, digital asset portfolio analysis, and the evaluation of blockchain-based financial solutions within the asset management industry. The role combines fund performance analysis, investment strategy research, financial modeling, and distributed ledger technology assessment to identify opportunities for improving investment operations and digital asset management frameworks. Working with financial research, asset management, and technology professionals, the associate will analyze digital asset investment models, assess fund structures, and develop research-driven recommendations supporting informed financial decisions. This position offers exposure to cryptocurrency fund strategies, tokenized investment products, blockchain-enabled fund infrastructure, and emerging financial technologies within a specialized asset management environment.

What You'll Do

• Research digital asset investment funds, cryptocurrency markets, tokenized securities, and emerging blockchain-based financial products

• Analyze fund performance, portfolio allocations, asset valuations, liquidity conditions, and risk-adjusted investment returns

• Support the development and evaluation of digital asset investment strategies, fund allocation frameworks, and portfolio diversification models

• Conduct fundamental and quantitative research on Bitcoin, Ethereum, tokenized funds, decentralized finance protocols, and emerging investment opportunities

• Evaluate blockchain-based fund infrastructure, digital asset custody arrangements, investor recordkeeping, and technology-driven fund administration processes

• Prepare investment research reports, fund performance assessments, financial models, and strategic recommendations for asset management initiatives

• Collaborate with financial research, technology, and consulting professionals to improve fund analytics, investment intelligence, and blockchain-based asset management frameworks

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in investment fund analysis, asset management, cryptocurrency research, portfolio analysis, or financial services

• Strong understanding of digital asset markets, investment fund structures, blockchain technology, and portfolio management principles

• Experience with financial modeling, fund performance analysis, asset allocation, investment due diligence, and risk management methodologies

• Familiarity with tokenized investment funds, decentralized finance, digital asset custody, fund administration, and distributed ledger technology

• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities, with proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg, Dune, or similar financial research platforms; Python or SQL experience is an advantage

• Excellent research, financial analysis, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Mathematics, or a related discipline preferred; CFA, CAIA, or demonstrated personal cryptocurrency investing and portfolio management experience is an advantage

Compensation

SGD 90,000–120,000 per year in proposed gross base salary, depending on experience, investment expertise, and qualifications.
