About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and curious Digital Business & E-Commerce Associate to help us research, create, launch, and manage digital products across multiple online businesses.

This role is ideal for a student or early-career candidate who wants practical experience in e-commerce, digital products, AI tools, online research, content creation, and business growth.

You do not need extensive previous experience. We are looking for someone who can learn quickly, follow instructions, research independently, and consistently deliver quality work.

What You’ll Work On

• Product, niche, and market research
• Competitor and customer research
• Identifying new digital product opportunities
• Creating and improving digital products using AI and other tools
• Creating product listings, descriptions, and supporting content
• Basic visual and listing-image creation
• Researching trends, competitors, pricing, and positioning
• Supporting the launch and management of new online stores
• Organizing research and keeping projects/tasks updated
• Learning and applying new tools and workflows as required

What We’re Looking For

• Strong internet research and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using or learning tools such as ChatGPT, Canva, spreadsheets, and online research platforms
• Good written communication
• Ability to follow detailed instructions
• Attention to detail
• Comfortable learning unfamiliar topics independently
• Reliable with deadlines and assigned tasks
• Willingness to receive feedback and improve
• Genuine interest in digital businesses and e-commerce
• Interest in working with us long-term

Previous e-commerce experience is a plus, but not required.
