Digital Delivery Coordinator

At Bridge, we create digital products, platforms and experiences that help our clients engage, educate and enable their audiences. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Delivery Coordinator to join our team.

You'll work across client projects, product initiatives and operational improvements, helping to ensure work is delivered efficiently, accurately and to a high standard.

You'll work alongside experienced specialists across delivery, product, design and technology, gaining exposure to multiple aspects of digital delivery while building a strong foundation for your future career.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll play an important role in helping our teams deliver high-quality digital projects, products and operational improvements. Working across multiple initiatives, you'll help ensure work is organised, accurate and progressing smoothly from planning through to delivery.

Project & Delivery Coordination

You'll support Project Managers and delivery leads with the day-to-day coordination of client projects and internal initiatives, including:

• Maintaining project documentation, requirements and delivery records
• Tracking project actions, risks, dependencies and milestones
• Supporting release planning and deployment readiness activities
• Coordinating activities across teams to help ensure projects remain on track
• Helping teams follow agreed delivery processes and best practices
• Supporting technical handovers between project, product and development teams

Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement

You'll help maintain quality and consistency across our projects, products and operational processes by:

• Coordinating and carrying out testing activities
• Preparing and maintaining test plans and test scripts
• Identifying, documenting and tracking issues through to resolution
• Supporting user acceptance testing with clients and internal stakeholders
• Validating reports, dashboards and automated processes to ensure accuracy
• Reviewing delivered work against agreed requirements and acceptance criteria
• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through process improvements, automation and AI tools

Platform & Operational Support

You'll support the platforms and systems that underpin both our client solutions and day-to-day operations, including:

• Supporting the setup, deployment and configuration of digital platforms and partner solutions
• Administering internal and client-facing platform environments
• Supporting onboarding, setup and platform management activities
• Maintaining data quality and system consistency across operational platforms
• Assisting with reporting, workflow automation and platform administration activities
• Supporting release documentation and implementation reviews
• Helping ensure operational systems and processes remain accurate, reliable and effective

What We're Looking For

You'll ideally have:

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with digital products, platforms or software projects
• Confidence working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A logical and methodical approach to problem solving
• Experience using project management and collaboration tools
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Curiosity about technology, automation and AI

Additional experience in areas such as testing, platform administration, CRM systems, project delivery tools or digital implementation projects would be welcomed, but is not essential.

Most importantly, you'll enjoy learning, take pride in getting the detail right and be motivated by helping teams deliver great work.

You'll work closely with experienced specialists across delivery, product, design and technology, gaining practical experience and developing a broad understanding of how successful digital products and projects are delivered.

Working Arrangement: This is a remote-first role, with day-to-day collaboration taking place online. The role includes a monthly team day in London, alongside occasional client meetings, workshops and company events as required.
