About the Job

We’re looking for a confident designer to join our growing creative team at Elastic Digital, an agency within Exclusive Networks. We work with our own portfolio of global technology clients while also acting as an internal creative agency for Exclusive Networks, giving the team exposure to both external client work and large-scale global brand initiatives. You’ll work across a diverse mix of projects including integrated campaigns, partner portals, websites, explainer videos, motion graphics, digital content and print collateral.

The role requires strong conceptual thinking, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment. You’ll work closely with designers, developers, account managers and clients, contributing from initial concept through to final delivery. You should be comfortable interpreting briefs, presenting and developing ideas, responding to feedback and working within established brand systems, while also knowing when there’s an opportunity to push the creative further.

We actively explore new technologies and creative tools, including AI, and are looking for someone who understands how to use them thoughtfully as part of the design process. That might mean using AI to support ideation, image creation, content development or production efficiencies, while still relying on strong design judgement, craft and original thinking to determine the best creative solution.

An interest in motion design is highly valued for this role. Experience with Adobe After Effects is preferred, along with a willingness to continue developing your skills across motion, digital and emerging creative formats. This is a great opportunity for a well-rounded designer to work with high-profile global technology clients, take ownership of meaningful creative work and continue expanding their capabilities across campaigns, digital, web, motion and print.

NOTE: We have reached our quota of overseas sponsorships.

  • Design presentations across Powerpoint, Google slides or Keynotes.
  • Apply brand guidelines consistently whilst identifying opportunities to thoughtfully elevate the creative.

  • Know when to use AI and when to not use AI in your processes.
