Show job description

We are seeking a Digital Enablement Developer to help build, deploy, and maintain digital solutions for Global Services across procurement, sourcing, real estate, and facilities management.

This position leverages Microsoft Power Platform, generative AI, and Source-to-Pay systems to streamline processes, enhance the user experience, and reduce the time stakeholders need to get answers. You will operate under the guidance of senior team members while taking ownership of your own deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with procurement, sourcing, and REFM stakeholders to understand their processes and workflows, help gather business requirements, and support the translation of these requirements into solution designs
  • Contribute to selecting the right approach for each need, whether a Power Apps solution, an automated workflow, an AI agent, or a change to an existing Source-to-Pay system, with input from senior developers
  • Demonstrate prototypes and solutions to stakeholders, show how the platform can be configured to meet their needs, and refine the design based on their feedback
  • Build canvas apps and model-driven apps in Power Apps for processes across the Source-to-Pay lifecycle, such as intake requests, approvals, and purchase requisition support
  • Create Power Automate flows that automate approvals, notifications, data movement, and integrations between systems
  • Set up and maintain data structures behind each solution in Dataverse and SharePoint lists, including security roles and access, with support from senior team members where needed
  • Produce Power BI reports that monitor solution usage and process performance
  • Develop custom code with SQL, C#, or JavaScript where low-code features fall short
  • Assist in developing and maintaining Copilot Studio agents that answer stakeholder questions and guide users through procurement and real estate processes
  • Support the creation of agents, reports, and analyses in Claude.ai and Claude Cowork that generate insight from procurement, sourcing, contract, and other Source-to-Pay data
  • Validate AI solutions for accuracy, refine agent instructions and knowledge sources based on user feedback, and adhere to Thomson Reuters AI governance standards
  • Participate in digital initiatives from design through deployment, deliver assigned tasks against the agreed timeline, and coordinate on scope, testing, and releases with stakeholders, Technology teams, and other CoE members

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of background in building low-code or no-code solutions, ideally in global or matrixed teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate, and Copilot Studio
  • Expertise in using Dataverse and SharePoint lists as solution databases
  • Working knowledge of Power BI
  • Showcase of practical experience building AI agents or GenAI solutions with tools such as Copilot Studio, Claude.ai, or Claude Cowork
  • Hands-on background in SQL databases, such as SQL Server Management Studio
  • Familiarity with C#, JavaScript, or Visual Studio
  • Basic understanding of Source-to-Pay processes and procurement transactions
  • Capability to translate business requirements into working solutions and explain them to non-technical stakeholders
  • Skills in planning and prioritizing work across more than one project
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher proficiency in English and Spanish
