Coordinating training activities delivered in partnership with employers and industry experts. Assessing apprentices’ work and giving feedback that is timely , constructive, and useful to them. Maintaining strong, consistent communication with apprentices and employers throughout the programme . Following quality procedures and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. Providing pastoral support for apprentices when they need it, because the human side of this role matters. Who We’re Looking For First and foremost , you’re an experienced digital learning designer.
