Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Digital Marketing Executive. The intern will assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media and web platforms, aligned with client and internal marketing objectives.

Daily tasks may include creating and scheduling social media posts, design / content development, monitoring campaign performance using web analytics tools, and preparing basic reports and insights.

The role also involves collaborating with team members to refine messaging, maintain brand consistency, and identify opportunities to increase audience engagement. The intern is expected to manage assigned tasks responsibly, communicate clearly with the team, and be open to feedback and learning in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Strong foundational skills in Marketing and Social Media Marketing, with an interest in digital campaign execution.
• Clear and professional Communication skills, including written and verbal, for internal collaboration and external-facing content.
• Ability in transforming concepts into design and writing to create engaging materials (Newsletter, GIFs, Reels, etc).
• Basic understanding of Web Analytics tools and concepts to track performance and support data-informed decisions.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or course in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Comfort with common digital tools (e.g., social media platforms, content management systems, spreadsheets or dashboards).
• Curiosity to learn about management consulting and openness to feedback and continuous improvement.

Technical Skills (*- must have):

1. Design Tools* - Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma

2. Editing Tools* - Capcut, Adobe Premiere, Lightroom

3. Management Tools* - Google Business Suite

Allowance

Allowance will be set at a nett of SGD$200 monthly for a fixed internship of 6 months.
