Talent Acquistion Executive

fram^ is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive. You will play a key role in attracting and hiring top Vietnamese tech talent to support our growing team and global clients across Europe, the US and Asia Pacific. You’ll own the recruitment process end-to-end, from sourcing and engaging candidates to managing interviews, advising hiring managers, and ensuring a great candidate experience. You will work closely with our international teams and hiring managers to understand their needs, build strong talent pipelines, and bring the right people into the business.

What you'll do

• You will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager; work closely with key stakeholders in managing the full recruitment life cycle, focusing on critical functional areas of our business to build a best-in-class talent pipeline;
• Manage recruitment campaigns and career events such as Career Fair, Job Fair, etc;
• The ideal candidate is an effective team collaborator and is committed to meeting KPIs on time;
• Explores the market best practices in recruitment and staffing and implements appropriate best practices in the organization;
• Self-starter who is highly passionate about recruiting great talent for the organization. You possess a strong sense of urgency and appreciate the value of providing an excellent candidate experience. The ability to be agile and thrive in a work environment that is constantly evolving is a must!

Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s or college degree in a similar field;
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in IT Recruitment with a strong background in headhunting;
• Possess critical thinking, human sense, teamwork, analytical thinking, self-motivation, problem-solving, and systems thinking;
• Active, responsible, hardworking, enthusiastic;
• Excellent communication skills in English are a BIG PLUS;
• Good understanding of Employer Branding strategies is a BIG PLUS.
