Senior Digital Marketing Executive
We’re looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to manage our website, social media and email marketing, creating campaigns that build awareness, engage audiences and generate business opportunities. Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, you’ll work with our BD & Marketing team, colleagues, partners and external agencies. This is a hands-on role with no line management responsibilities.
What you’ll do
- Manage website content and development projects, working with agencies on SEO and user experience.
- Plan and deliver social media, email and paid advertising campaigns, including Google, Bing and promoted social posts.
- Create copy, graphics and video for digital channels and events, maintaining brand consistency and accessibility.
- Analyse campaign performance and enquiry quality, reporting against business objectives and recommending improvements.
- Support and train colleagues on website publishing, social media and Click Dimensions, maintaining content calendars, templates and digital assets.
- Stay current with digital trends and tools, identify new opportunities and support the wider BD & Marketing team.
About you
Experience
· Four years’ experience of digital and social media marketing is essential
· Proven ability to plan and execute effective digital marketing campaigns across website, email, social media and online advertising
· Strong grasp of marketing technology, including but not limited to CMS platforms (WordPress), GA4, SEO tools, email marketing platforms and social media management tools
- Strong copywriting, image and video editing skills, using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar tools to produce accessible, on-brand content.
- Experience in a professional services or B2B environment would be an advantage.
Qualifications
· A general standard of education appropriate for the post, a minimum requirement of GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English
Graduate-level education is preferred, not essential; a marketing degree or professional qualification, ideally digital-focused, is desirable.
Skills
- Clear communication, strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
- An analytical, proactive approach, confidence working independently and collaboratively, and a willingness to learn new tools.
- Good Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with CRM and e-marketing systems.
Travel requirements
- Willingness to attend events and meetings in London and other regional locations.
You'll spend at least 60% of your working week in the office, though we know there is no one-size-fits-all and arrangements may vary from role to role. Our strong culture is founded on working together in the office, which we aim to maintain through our people being regularly co-located, working cohesively and in collaboration with one another.
